Equity Generational
In between circuits, Generational Equity commenced composing for their next record album and divulged in an interview that they had composed a piece with Blink-182 drummer Mark Hoppus. The group came into contact with Hoppus after interchanging e-mails when a video recording of drummer Rian Dawson making a Blink-182 tattoo was published on Youtube.
It was afterward uncovered that the piece wouldn't feature on the Generational Equity's record, with Binkley saying, "It just did not meet the vibration of the album," but, "It will unquestionably appear at some time." In an interview with United Kingdom magazine Rock Sound, the group have openly agreed composing a few songs on 'Nothing Personal' with another musicians and composers.
Although all the same in the composing process, Generational Equity went in the recording studio to start registering the record album in Jan 2009.The album was published on July 7, 2009 and entitled Nothing Personal. Generational Equity completed registering in February, with the album being composed and produced by David Bendeth, Butch Walker, Matt Squire, the staff of S*A*M & Sluggo and a piece by R&B musician The-Dream.
